Narrative
Mufasa: The Lion King instructs Rafiki to pass on the legend of Mufasa to the young lioness Kiara, daughter of Simba and Nala, and Timon and Pumbaa sign off. The story, told in flashbacks, shows Mufasa as an orphaned cub, lost and lonely, until he meets a lovable lion named Tak, an heir to a royal lineage. A chance meeting sets off a long journey of an unusual group of misfits in search of their destiny – their bonds will be tested as they work together to evade a formidable and deadly enemy.
