Narrative
Struggling with his dual identity, failed comedian Arthur Fleck meets the love of his life, Harley Quinn, while incarcerated at Arkham State Hospital. In addition, Gaga talks about how she got into her dark character and how she stayed there. This initially led to speculation that Harley Quinn would appear in the film, which was confirmed shortly after. The name Folie a Deux comes from the 19th century French psychiatrists Charles Lasègue and Jules Falret.

The term was coined to refer to two or more people who share the same madness or delusion. It is also known as Lasègue-Falret syndrome. This is because the State of New York is the plaintiff in the criminal trial, and this version of Gotham City is evidently located in New York State (most versions place Gotham in New Jersey). It was a complete waste of time
The film opens with the Looney Tunes title sequence with the Warner Bros. logo. surrounded by rings and the face of the Joker. Merry We Roll Along Written by Eddie Cantor, Murray Mencher and Charles Tobias.
Save time and money
As a big Joker fan, I expected a strong return five years later. The movie was a total drag. Every time I thought the movie was picking up, it got worse. Joaquin Phoenix’s performance was excellent, but the script was terrible.
I believe this could be the biggest box office flop of 2024
Through no fault of its own, Joker Folie A Deux ranks as one of the worst sequels ever. The movie looked more like a showcase of Lady Gaga’s singing and acting skills, which isn’t great.
