A maniac named Art the Clown terrorizes two friends on Halloween and anyone who gets in his way. David Howard Thornton was the sixth person to audition for Art The Clown after Mike Giannelli withdrew from the role and gave up acting altogether. During the interrogation, he started pretending to taste the blood of his decapitated victim, but then added salt to it to make it taste better.

In shots where Tara is taped, the tape is clearly not touching the bottom of her mouth in some earlier shots, while in other shots it is tightly secured around both of her mouths.
